I recently went out to see the new Jurassic Park. It's actually called Jurassic World Rebirth. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 stars. Plenty of good action.
I passed up seeing Ballerina.

I also saw Captain America, Brave New World. It actually wasn't that bad. I thought it would be too serious by focusing on politics, but that wasn't the case. There was just enough Marvel feel to it and a good fight scene at the end involving Red Hulk. I'd give it a 3 out of 5.

Feel free to post any good movies you've seen that is new.

I should also say that the theaters are making a comeback. I went to see Jurassic Park on Thursday and had already been out for a week.

The theater was still packed with both young and old. And not just for our movie, but entire parking lot was packed for a Thursday. I think the other popular movie might have been Superman or Ballerina. Only difference is reserved seating is the norm now.

Wonder if drive thru theater will come back, lol. Aint there a word for things that fall out of popularity but then make a comeback? Retro?

I think retro is that word! :)

Would you maybe want to give a brief rundown of the first 15 to 20 minutes without giving away any “spoilers”? Mainly just to set the stage.

Jurassic World...

A group of pesky scientists were at it again experimenting with the DNA of dinos and were able to bring some back to life again. They were doing this on some island when eventually stuff went wrong and they had to evacuate. Then a medical research company forms a team to go back to that island so they can get Dino DNA which they think holds the cure to heart disease.

That's really where the adventure starts. And I'll say the T-rex wasn't the scariest dinosaur in this one. Best to leave it at that.:)

Recently saw Prometheus. I believe it's one of the prequels to the Alien movies.

Everytime I tried to watch it before I kept falling asleep. Maybe because it's long? But I have to say it was actually good if you pay attention to the story. Didn't seem like it was made cheap with bad cgi or anything, and there were a lot of tech stuff that they could've done cheap cgi, but they actually were all good.

If you're into Sci-fi, I'd give it a 5 out of 5. If not, it could be a 3.5 out of 5 at the least.
