Automatic emails were temporarily down but now works!

I noticed today that the forum was not sending out emails to new members, and unfortunately, they also weren't able to email me back. This might have kept some from being able to join the forum since email. I apologize to all affected, and it's all fixed up now.


I am going to trial having no email confirmation requirement just to let new users join more easily. If I start getting a lot of spam bots, then I might bring it back.
